SportsCaster Pro is published by FusionAir, LLC. It is distributed with third-party software under the licences described here.

The authoritative list for your copy is the file THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt installed alongside it, which you can open from Settings › About inside the application. This page describes the current release and may differ from an older copy.

FFmpeg source code

SportsCaster Pro includes FFmpeg, an independent program published by the FFmpeg project under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 3 or later. The build included contains no GPL-licensed components.

FFmpeg is distributed as a separate, unmodified executable. SportsCaster Pro invokes it as a separate process. It is not linked into, combined with, or derived from SportsCaster Pro. This notice concerns FFmpeg only and confers no rights in SportsCaster Pro, which is proprietary software.

No charge is made for it and no request is necessary.

Under the LGPL you are free to replace the FFmpeg executable supplied with SportsCaster Pro with your own build. It is an ordinary file in the application's program folder, and SportsCaster Pro invokes it by name.
