The generator gets serviced because the system said so. Not because someone remembered.
Every job at every site — the quarterly generator run, the tower light inspection, the filter change, the part somebody has to go buy — on one board, assigned to a person, with a due date and a record of when it was actually done.
Open. In progress. Done — with notes.
Five counters at the top tell you the state of the whole operation in one glance. Below them, three ways to look at the same jobs.
Board, list, calendar
Drag a card from Open to In progress to Done. Dropping on Done asks for completion notes, so "done" always says what was done. The list view is where you create and edit; the calendar shows the month with every job on its day, colored by priority.
- ✓Filter the board or calendar to one location, or see every site at once.
- ✓My tasks — just the ones with your name on them.
Recurring schedules
Generator run and load test. Tower light inspection. Air-handler filters. Fuel polish. UPS batteries. Set the interval once and BNM creates the work order inside its lead window, every time, forever — and the calendar shows the upcoming ones before they exist.
- ✓The maintenance that keeps a site on the air stops depending on anyone's memory.
- ✓Missed one? It's overdue, in red, on the counter everyone sees.
Assigned to whoever has to do it
Not every job is an engineer's. The part that has to be ordered goes to purchasing. The vendor call goes to the GM. The contractor visit goes to whoever's meeting them. A work order is assigned to a person, and that person sees it.
- ✓Engineering, management and purchasing working the same list.
- ✓Priority, due date, location and notes on every card.
Tied to the site, and to the alarm
Quick-add a work order straight from a site's documentation page; the site overview shows what's still open there. When something breaks at 3 a.m., the fix becomes a work order in the morning — the alarm, the log-book entry and the job are all on the same site.
- ✓Same record an inspector, an insurer or a new engineer would ask to see.
- ✓Part of the same 24-hour operations center — the daytime half of it.
Every site. Every job. One list that doesn't forget.
Tell us how many sites you run and who does the work. We'll set up a demo, put your generator and tower-light schedules on it, and show you the board the next morning.
